Tonight’s edition of Ken Michaels’ Every Little Thing, starting at 9 pm ET on Pure Pop Radio, brings another beautiful Beatles experience to your waiting ears.
Specifically, in segment two, Ken spins two songs written by John Lennon for his sons, including the gorgeous Double Fantasy track, “Beautiful Boy (Darling Boy).” In segment three, you’ll hear a selection of songs recorded by the Beatles in their group and solo years that were written by other songwriters, including Cole Porter’s “True Love” (featured on George Harrison’s Thirty Three and 1/3 album) and Duke Ellington’s “Don’t Get Around Much Anymore.” It’s another Michaels-curated theme set, and it’s a great one.
