pop tunes disc smallEvery Monday and Wednesday night at 8 pm ET, Alan Haber’s Pop Tunes Deejay Show rolls along with an hour’s worth of catchy melodic pop music from across the decades, from the songs that constitute the soundtrack of our lives to the latest releases from our favorite artists.

Last night’s show, the 15th in the current series, kicked off with the Searchers’ seminal “Sugar and Spice” from 1963 and closed with Mary Chapin Carpenter’s catchy reading of  Lucinda Williams’ “Passionate Kisses,” from Carpenter’s 1992 album, Come On Come On. In between, a veritable who’s who of pop performers sang their hearts out, keeping the beat going and the warm melodies flowing.
