The Pure Pop Radio playlist is constantly growing so that we can serve you with the latest and greatest melodic pop sounds making the rounds. Now spinning in rotation and new to the station are:
* The Orgone Box. From the band’s new album, Centaur: “Anaesthesia,” “Ticket With No Return,” “Hello Central,” “Judy Over the Rainbow,” and “Find the One.” Superb sounds all around.
* Sunrise Highway. Two songs from the group’s new album, coming at you very soon from Kool Kat Musik: “Breathe” and “Windows.” This album is going to be one that melodic pop fans are going to love.
* Thomas Edisun’s Electric Light Bulb Band. This is the first single from the group’s upcoming album Electric Light, an archival release that will likely blow your socks off: “Red Sun.” Richard Orange fans will want to unite around this one, ’cause he’s in the band!
* Dana and Carl Present This is Rock ‘n’ Roll Radio, Volume 3. We’ve spun this wonderful 2013 compilation and declared it a winner. We’ve added Michael Carpenter’s “I’ve Been Loving You”; Uncle Green’s “I Don’t Wanna Know About It”; The Richards’ “Five Personalities”; Eytan Mirsky’s “Help Me Get Over You”; Stephen Lawrenson’s “Sun is On its Way”; The Tearjerkers’ “Syracuse Summer”; and the Click Beetles’ “Shut the TV Down.” Dana and Carl keep the music rockin’ and poppin’ on the radio every Sunday night. Check out their very cool show!
* Gary Frenay (The Flashcubes). The first single from Gary’s forthcoming album, File Under Pop Vocal, is a melodic pop delight.
* Andy Klingensmith. We loved Andy’s first release, Pictures Of. Now, all six songs from Andy’s current release, Bright Again, are spinning in rotation. A melodic pop delight.
Stay tuned for more adds coming to Pure Pop Radio. Enjoy!
