Even as work continues behind the scenes on various projects, our specialty shows–Ken Michaels’ Every Little Thing, the weekly Beatles roundtable Things We Said Today, Pure Pop Radio: In Conversation, Brian Bringelson’s Needle Meets Vinyl, and Alan Haber’s Pop Tunes Deejay Show— are taking a well-deserved rest this week. We hope to have new episodes of each of these shows for your entertainment soon.
Meanwhile, Pure Pop Radio, the original 24-hour Internet radio station playing the greatest melodic pop music from the ’60s to today, is streaming to your radio receptacles even as we type these words. We’ve added hundreds of new songs and artists to our playlist in the past few weeks. The total number of tracks on our books now totals nearly 8,000, so you know you’re always hearing the most extensive variety of music available anywhere. We will begin reporting on the new songs added to our playlist very soon.

We’ve got a lot of exciting things to bring to you in the next couple of months, including Alan’s annual Favorite Records of the Year–The Stars of ’15 feature, coming up in December, and our third annual Holiday Popapalooza, which begins at noon ET on December 24, and continues through all of Christmas day. New this year: We start seeding our on-air sound with holiday songs on the day after Thanksgiving.
And there’s more on the horizon. We are as committed today as we were 20-plus years ago to bringing you the greatest melodic pop music in the universe, so why not click on one of the listen links below, tune in and sing along?
Stick with us…the best is yet to come!
